In 2021, the Lord  called Sarita away from her full-time post as lecturer at the University of Belize after being there for18 years.  She and her husband, Steven,  were led to start The Water Fountain Christian Resource Center, a non-profit organization, where they share God’s love with the Belizean community and the world through Biblical counseling, conflict resolution and team building, mentorship and discipleship, parental and family support, and English language teaching and remediation.
